Harder than TSA - Unnecessarily Complicated
This is the worst app I’ve ever had to use, and it’s completely unnecessary. It’s honestly easier to board an airplane than to get into a concert. Worst of all, the app is required or you cannot even enter the venue. They are trying to push high tech “solutions” for our “convenience” but they’re all glitchy and unnecessary and honestly make it harder, and they’re not even optional for those who want to try it out. Everyone needs to have the app and tickets need to be tediously transferred. You need to give way too much information and required to add a credit card. And you’ll get a million error messages, so this information will probably get leaked. If you can go to a different venue, then avoid here at all costs. For those like me who already have tickets and have to go here, good luck and may you have the patience required. Trash app I wish I could give less than 1 star.

I miss staples center :(
Terrible app, terrible experience at Intuit Dome. All of the new technology is just an inconvenience; the workers at intuit dome were great but their job is to help people work through all of the problems of the tech as opposed to actually offering a service like food or drinks. Please don’t move away from human interaction and connection. Even if waiting in line to pay takes longer (and it didn’t with all of the technical difficulties) it’s worth the human connection and makes the experience better overall. I’m a lifelong clippers fan and don’t think I’ll be going to any more home games in the near future and it seemed like a lot of people feel similar with how empty the stadium was. I’ll have to wait for Clippers vs Lakers at Staples Center.

So many issues
Not even sure where to begin. The app has so many issues with privacy, accessibility, and tech that just doesn’t work. They sell Intuit Dome as a modern tech ingenuity, instead it is a privacy lawsuit waiting to happen. The app has no way to delete your account or delete your data.
Their tech doesn’t work. They have you enter your license plate to speed up parking. In reality, their tech doesn’t work and they have humans scanning the parking tickets causing huge lines. The lines to get into the venue are much longer than what you would see at comparable venues. Their purchase system for food doesn’t work. Within an hour at the venue they had to switch to credit card. They missed multiple of my purchases. They have let tech get in the way of a great fan experience.

Awful App
The app will not download my tickets from StubHub. I’m going to a game in one week and cannot get my tickets because I MUST install the app to access tickets… which won’t work. When downloading the tickets via StubHub it takes me to the Intuit Dome website, and leaves me no choice but to use their app to access tickets. Stupid system.

TERRIBLE APP
Im flying to LA in a month to catch a clippers game & the app wont even load up so i can access my tickets. What am i supposed to do here????
Bad app
Terrible app. Does not work as we cannot transfer tickets.
Horrible app
I was looking forward to using the Intuit Dome app to manage my recent event experience, but it turned out to be nothing but a headache from start to finish. Every task I attempted—whether it was purchasing tickets, checking event details, or even accessing basic information—was met with constant issues and endless retries. It’s like the app is programmed to make everything as difficult as possible. The app kept crashing at random points, forcing me to re-enter my information again and again. Every time I thought I had finally completed a task, the app would either freeze, log me out, or suddenly display an error message, throwing me back to square one. It honestly felt like a test of patience more than anything else. Trying to navigate through the app was just as frustrating. It’s poorly designed, with slow loading times and glitches around every corner. Just scrolling through basic options was a chore. I lost count of the number of times I had to restart my phone just to get the app to load, only to be met with the same “retry” message over and over again.
For an app associated with such a high-profile venue, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. They really need to go back to the drawing board with this one. Until they fix these issues, I would highly recommend avoiding it if you value your time and sanity.

Class Action needed
Anti Consumer and borderline illegal. Do not buy tickets for this venue. Even if you have pricey tickets that you bought months in advance from Ticketmasters, StubHub, SeatGeek, etc, even before this app was even available, you will be denied entrance unless they are on this app. Most of the time you will not be able to add them. This App relies on you creating an account using the same email you used to buy the tickets. If you use different emails on the tickets services above, you will need to create multiple accounts on this App, one per email used, Even then you will struggle to find your tickets. Also, even after creating these multiple Intuit Dome accounts to be able to access all your tickets, you can only have 1 game Face ID so only 1 account will be fully functional. You will also need to sign out and in for every accounts. If you try to change your email on any of those services (Ticketmaster, etc) and consolidate under one email, the app will still not find your tickets, because they are tied to the email you used at the time of purchase. You may have spent $500-$1,000 to go to an event, only to be denied entrance at the door, even if you have printed tickets or a barcode in the app where you purchased the tickets to being with. This policy IS enforced at the Dome and that’s why I will NEVER go there again. How is this legal blows my mind and I will send a letter to the California Attorney General

Horrible App
If I could give this app negative stars I would. I was forced to download this absolute ___ app to see David Gilmour. First off it’s just one giant privacy violation wanting more personal data than needed. I refuse to upload a picture of my face for facial recognition or all of my vehicle details. It took forever to figure out how to pre pay parking and when I did it refused multiple payment credit cards including Apple Pay. Had go to Ticketmaster and pay even more for the same parking pass after four tries on this app. Navigating the app is a nightmare. It’s clunky and utterly confusing. The developer spent more time on making it look cool than actually making it usable and I cannot wait to delete it off of my phone.
Since this is how they run this venue I will actively avoid events there unless it’s the ONLY option.
