Soooo bad

Can’t acces my tickets, app is not loading.

App is not opening

Bought a Nov 4 game ticket on ticketmaster, but the ticket is not loading in the app

Unlimited Potential

As a software a developer i think people are being far too critical of this app lol. The potential for this app and the intuit dome are endless. Of course everything is new so theres gonna be some things to work as time progresses but my experience at the preseason game with my first time using this was awesome , cardless shopping, facial recognition so im not pulling out my id every second and awesome fan interactive experiences. Give it some time most of these data gripes ive read will be standard practice across the league in the next 10 years. Appreciate the clippers for the being pioneers in the space.

Worst venue and ticket app

This is definitely the worst app I have ever used for event tickets and venues, and one of the worst apps I’ve ever used in general. It feels like they had little to no experience designing something user-friendly and then released it with zero testing. I don’t usually leave reviews and try to only leave positive comments for things that I like but given the multiple hours I spent trying to set this up and solve problems for the people in our party, I think it is important that I leave this note. The system is also clearly designed to try to take as much private customer information as possible. The app and the venue itself are terribly overreaching on their acquisition and storage of identity information. I’ve never seen this in any other ticket app nor at any other venues. The Clippers, artists, and certainly Intuit should demand a much better experience for their customers and fans. The experience should be easy to use, modern, and respectful of their clients.

App won’t load to access tickets

Purchased tickets through Ticketmaster.
TM app directs me to access tickets using Intuit app.
Updated to the latest version, but it won’t load up to allow me to access tickets.
It just sits on a shiny white screen likes it’s trying to load, but nothing happens.

Your PRIVACY at what cost!!

Privacy is a RIGHT in my opinion, and the fact that you have to give all this information with the hopes that they protect it is a risk. This is a company trying to be techy for the sake of being techy

(translation: You’re doing too much!!!)

at the cost of our privacy. Having to do all this work just to get into a stadium to watch a game or a concert come on! Sure, you can opt out, but then you don’t know if you have any guarantee of what they do with this information and if they honor actually opting you out. The app is already buggy which is a red flag right off the bat and that should tell you that any data breach/glitch can get into this easy app and have access to all this information just like how our Social Security numbers were breached. There is no transparency at all cause I already know the response if you don’t like it, don’t buy it.

You are giving them all this information for free with no protection on your end. The movie minority report is becoming real and real every day, which is pretty scary. The sad part is no one wants to speak up or fight against it. They’ll just pay the money and just roll with the punches.

Extremely invasive plus glitchy - avoid this venue

Having spent $900 on tickets for a concert through Ticketmaster, I was surprised and disappointed a month before the show to find that I had to download yet another app - as did everyone in my party. The app requires more data than I felt comfortable supplying especially considering that all this info will likely be breached in the future, but the money had already been spent and there was no recourse or turning back at this point. In the week between my downloading and supplying information I had to update the app 3 times - including the day of the show. My minor child also had to supply identity information to receive her ticket as did my husband. No one was thrilled about this. The venue is new and shiny but the whole concession area is like something from a sci fi movie or video game but not in a good way. Very generic and low quality with little choice and all concessions the same in a repeating pattern. I wish I’d made the choice to see the show in another venue rather than Intuit. Even the employees were unhappy with the performance and process associated with this venue and app. Avoid at all costs.

Ballmer should be embarrassed. Gary I

I gave it one star too much. It is the worst. Tried calling the phone number they give. You cannot get through to an agent. The message takes you on a never ending loop. When it finally says hit 4 to speak to an agent, it takes you back to the beginning of all the choices. No agent. Way too much personal data required. We are now two days away from concert, no tickets. Parking passes for my guests cannot be transferred. Balmer should fire his IT staff and go back to just scanning tickets from Ticketmaster. I will delete app after concert if I ever get my tickets. I did notice they are on the 17th version of the app. I hope I got the latest since it gets updated every few days. Still being beta tested at our expense.

New version of the app works

This is a real review. For those who are afraid (as I was) that getting this app working will be a nightmare, today I installed the newest version and setup my account. I am on iOS 18 on an iPhone 13 and I had no problems with the setup. Yes it is annoying that the app will ask you for a bunch of personal data including a selfie for facial recognition, but the facial recognition is actually optional and you can hit “Skip”. I think some of the other information like your home address is also optional. Once I got into the app, I was looking for a ticket that I bought from StubHub and had been transferred to me. To my pleasant surprise the ticket was already waiting there because the app recognized that my email address matched the transfer details. I was able to accept the transfer and now I have the ticket in my account. Overall this process took me like 2 minutes so it does seem that the newest version of this app is functioning OK. It’s annoying that I have to install a whole separate app to go to Clippers games, but they are not the only team that does this, I have gone to NBA game in Portland and they also require a separate Trailblazers app. Annoying; but it is what it is. Happy to have it all taken care of now and just wanted to share my real life experience.

Do NOT buy tickets for here!!

To access tickets that you have already paid for, you have to download their poorly developed and glitchy app, make an account, and even then you can’t access tickets until 2 hours before the event. If someone else bought the tickets for you, they also have to go through these same steps. If one of the guests is under the age of 13 and doesn’t have a phone, they have to set up a different type of account and someone else has to verify them before entering with an ‘Identity Pass’. The app also ‘strongly encourage’ people to use their Game Face ID, which is supposed to make it easier to enter the venue (why this is a thing I don’t understand). If you don’t want the app, area, and likely 3rd party data collectors to store your face, you have to add this Identify Pass to your apple wallet which is supposed to confirm your identity.

Overall I would highly highly not recommend buying tickets to any show at the Intuit Dome. It feels invasive and superfluous. If I had known that I would be agreeing into this stupid set up, I would have just not gone to this show. Unfortunately, I’ve already paid for the tickets.
