  • Funds lock

    App has been great and working just fine for about a month and while my funds were inside, I couldn’t access my funds and my whole account was frozen. Had no response from chat or support or nothing. It’s been about a week now and am needing help!!!!!!!!

    I downloaded this app recently. I was able to verify my identity and log into my account after a few days I initiated it posit in the amount of $4250 when trying to use my card I noticed that the card did not work I have email stating that my identity was verified and the funds were available and ready to use. However, my account was closed and I was unable to login and my money was in limbo. Eventually I got in contact someone who told me that my account had been closed and that I would be refunded. I would stay away from this company as they do not have a solid customer support service only email which they take days sometimes to respond one out of five stars.
  • Highly Upset

    I created and have been using this account for about a month now with no major issues. One time I was trying to move money and I got an error message and couldn’t access my funds for about and hour or two. The error ended to correcting itself. Now I am receiving that same error and can’t access my funds for now about 4 days. I can’t purchase anything with the card and I can’t move money. In fact, I can’t even unlock my card after clicking to lock it. I have emailed support numerous times and no one has responded. Crazy how all of this happens once my money is in the account. I recently recommended to friends but now I have informed them to not waste their time
