Can’t even get passed verification but I’m sure once you do it won’t get any better DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Funds lock

App has been great and working just fine for about a month and while my funds were inside, I couldn’t access my funds and my whole account was frozen. Had no response from chat or support or nothing. It’s been about a week now and am needing help!!!!!!!!

Would not recommend.

I downloaded this app recently. I was able to verify my identity and log into my account after a few days I initiated it posit in the amount of $4250 when trying to use my card I noticed that the card did not work I have email stating that my identity was verified and the funds were available and ready to use. However, my account was closed and I was unable to login and my money was in limbo. Eventually I got in contact someone who told me that my account had been closed and that I would be refunded. I would stay away from this company as they do not have a solid customer support service only email which they take days sometimes to respond one out of five stars.

Highly Upset

I created and have been using this account for about a month now with no major issues. One time I was trying to move money and I got an error message and couldn’t access my funds for about and hour or two. The error ended to correcting itself. Now I am receiving that same error and can’t access my funds for now about 4 days. I can’t purchase anything with the card and I can’t move money. In fact, I can’t even unlock my card after clicking to lock it. I have emailed support numerous times and no one has responded. Crazy how all of this happens once my money is in the account. I recently recommended to friends but now I have informed them to not waste their time

Cannot contact support!

Made an account, was able to verify & setup my virtual card. Logged in a couple days later & said I couldn’t be verified but my account was already verified. The button that says contact support is not a real email to contact them. Seems extremely weird you took all my personal info plus a selfie but now you can’t verify me? Oh and now I can’t login.

Best digital bank

I have been using Unifi for a few months now and it has completely transformed how my family banks. Our children have their own debit cards and we’re able to control their budget and what they spend their money on. My wife and I were able to setup different cards for different expenses all in one bank without needing to talk to a bank representative. I’m able to send money to my relatives in Mexico with extreme ease and avoiding high fees. Unifi has solved so many of my personal issues and I would recommend it to anyone. THANK YOU UNIFI TEAM!
