$200 balance no way to spend or retrieve funds

This is unacceptable the app keeps failing to create a gift card due to low Tango balance? I’m not sure what that is but it seems I’m having the same issue as other patrons of NANOKARD. I will email to see how to retrieve my $200 balance. Since no one accepts NANOKARD payments and gift card purchases are a joke!

Don’t waste your money! Run!

Can’t get any funds left over back. So either you have the exact amount or they want you to buy a gift-card for a remaining balance, and even that poses issues. Wasted money. Save yourself and don’t bother. If the place you need to use this for requires it, suspect they seem probably shady as it is.

What is going on!?

Keeps asking me to log in to my bank, like this never ending rotation. I’ve typed in all kinds of information and if I can’t even get in, I’m kinda freaking out.

Ecen Customer service couldn’t help. They says they would have to ask their developing team for this error I inconveniently experienced.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I downloaded this as a way to pay for a single transaction because the business’s card readers were temporarily offline. I ended up having a significant amount of funds left over in my NanoKard account that I was never going to end up using since barely anyone else uses NanoKard as a payment method. I reached out to support to see if there was any way to get my remaining balance back, and I was told that refunds are not an option and I can either spend the money at another business that accepts NanoKard (again, nobody does), or I could use the remaining balance to purchase a gift card through the app. I then tried to purchase a gift card like I was told I could through the app, and continued to get an error message that read “Failed to create gift card.” I again reached out to support looking for any possible way that I can get this money back. I was then told that the app was not created primarily for purchasing gift cards and and I would have to spend the funds at a business that accepts NanoKard since refunds are not an option. This is an incredibly frustrating experience and talking to support was an absolute waste of my time. They were extremely unhelpful and failed to provide any type of solution to the very obvious flaws in NanoKard’s system. If this app can’t perform one of its main, advertised functions, then I should be able to get my money back or be offered some type of solution to this issue.
