Needs a lot of work
Great idea for an app. But it needs a lot of work. Half of the time when you click on the profile to learn more about the person it won’t load their profile and there is an error message. So you really only have 1 picture to make your decision off of. When you do send a like, there’s no way to tell if it actually went through and their profile usually comes back up when swiping so you don’t know if your initial like went through since there’s so many glitches on the app. Sometimes it shows you have a match but no way to communicate with the person. You can’t start a conversation or unmatch with them.
Also a lot of the time matches aren’t actually at the location they’ve set on their profiles. They’re international but have their location set in the US.Horrible! Cash Grab!!!
I used this app three times because each time it had massive problems. The first time I subscribed to the basic version. I was barely seeing anybody so I upgraded to the more expensive version. This is where it got super problematic. I would get so many likes but the likes don’t register in order. That was not a major deal but then all of a sudden I started getting likes from people that were not in my preferences. All age ranges were in my likes all genders were in my likes. And then all of a sudden the app exploded and I got hundreds and hundreds of people in my like section who had not even liked me. so the people who actually liked me would just fall into the black hole of likes and I would never know who they actually were. There was no way for me to see who liked me because apparently everybody on the app liked me… men women etc. But they hadn’t liked me at all it was just an error in the app and I kept re-paying for the app to see if that error would go away but it never did. This app is complete garbage. Also there’s nobody to contact if you have troubleToo Buggy
The premise is great but the app itself is bad from a technical standpoint.
Trying to upload pictures and complete my profile took way too long due to errors in uploading photos- which was solved by uploading, backing out of the profile page, and returning to see the photo there as if nothing happened.
If I try to click a profile to read it, it gives an error so I can’t decide. I went ahead and just “X’ed” one just to see if it would let me move on. It did but the same issue happened where I couldn’t actually open the profile.
I did the paid option to see if the problem persisted in “likes” but there, you can view profiles. The app is too new, has too many functionality issues, and has too few users to justify paying $20 a month at this time.
