Ugly communication (forced to give at least 1 star)
I had ordered a backpack and lunchbox (the lunchbox was a preorder). I had requested to send the backpack separately after questioning them about my order, I had to pay an additional shipping cost for that but since it took me several days to respond (single working mom here) they cancelled my request at their own discretion. When I questioned them about what happened they made it out to be my fault (ok cool). And when I shammed them for assuming they then proceeded to cancel my order entirely WITHOUT consulting me that that is what I wanted to happen. I simply told them I would never order again from them but to continue with my order. It’s a shame they have cute clothing but such ugly communication and attitudes when a customer get frustrated. Oh well!!Harley1234!
