Not happy
After paying the now required annual fee I appear locked out!!! My password is no longer recognised, it is not using Face ID and upon trying to reset password, constantly tells me that I need certain characters which I clearly have!!! What’s going on??!!! I need this app to work!!!!!! Issue the fix urgently

Response from developer
Hello. In order to meet the security requirements, your password characters need to have at least one CAPITAL letter, at least one lower case letter, at least one number (0-9), at least one character (like !%&*#) and be at least 8 characters long.
Not the best
We’ve used the app for the last couple of years but more recently it has seemed more “buggy”. The control pad will say one thing on the phone but the physical alarm pad will say another. Usually this ends up with us having to switch off the alarm on the physical alarm pad instead, which then of course renders this app useless.

Security screen doesn’t update
This app used to work but since the recent update, the security screen which shows if your alarm is part set, full set or off does not update when you turn the alarm on/off in the house.

Ok for free... not a paid for app
They App is a bit basic and lacks the integration to modern tools like Apple home. So a bit unfortunate they’ve decided to start charging now.
Since charging the app/service has become a bit temperamental and dropping out of service.

Apparently we are going to have to start paying for this app early 2021, I hope they get their heads together and sort it out. It’s very slow to action from iPad and iPhone , we set it when we’re in the car to go out and then it goes back to looking like it’s unset, so we don’t know whether it’s set or not.

Works fine on iPhone, loads and can turn alarm on and off on iPad Pro but non of other functions work- wanted to view video recorder on it but it doesn’t open- all system is risco so no idea why functions won’t work on iPad Pro 🤷♀️

The app is generally ok, quote responsive in my my experience anyway. The only issue I had was 3 weeks after installing the app it would no longer use face recognition upon opening and then prompted for a password, upon entering the correct password it kept saying it was incorrect.
I did ask support whether there was a way to schedule partial or full alarm, it’s been several weeks so I guess they are too busy or don’t deem my request important enough.

Works well and is responsive. Only thing I might say is that it would be good if the notifications could be more substantial (similar to a phone ringing) rather than just a quick notification as they can be easily missed.
App for Apple Watch?
I love this app for controlling our alarm system but although I can use this on my iPhone, it doesn’t seem to be available for the Apple Watch. I would be grateful if someone could let me know if I am missing something and can use this via my watch. I often walk the dog and don’t want to take my phone as I have a cellular Apple Watch for making calls, but cannot arm the system unless I take my phone.

Easy App
Quick, simple and easy to use.
Will see how it performs when I attached a few more bits and pieces to it.
