No sound
When the game goes to commercials while casting the sound stops and it doesn’t come back. Terrible. Cant watch a game.
Simple
Victory+ is simply everything that a sports streaming app/platform should be. Quality content packaged up neatly by team. I loved the preseason videos for the Dallas Stars and every other piece of content provided. This app allows fans to be better informed than ever before. Are there glitches & crashes from time to time, yes, it’s a new app & it takes time to work them all out, but even with those bugs, I am so happy to support this app and even more happy that I can watch my team without pirating feeds in order to have access to them. Keep up the good work!

will use, hope for improvements
i understand the ads are necessary on a free app, but 1. they are incredibly random and pop up while the broadcast is mid sentence, and 2. like all apps , why on Gods green earth do the ads have to be so REPETITIVE. if they’re going to ambush us at random

Way better than other live streaming services that I pay for - keep up the great work and looking forward to watching more teams!
Playback mode very frustrating
For example, I watched two periods of game live and had to leave. When I came back later to watch third period I could not fast forward to third period. Tried several times and just kept resetting to start. Not being able to fast forward through commercials when watching playback also very frustrating. I understand you have sponsors but you should be able to fast forward thru a period without watching every single commercial or offer a pay for commercial free playback. Very frustrated I can’t watch a taped game due to above issues. I watched about 10 games last year on tape later the day of game or first thing in the morning.

Totally worthless
I would have happily kept paying for Bally. I realize this is free but you absolutely get what you pay for. I hate ads. Can’t fast forward through them. It keeps kicking me out in the middle of whatever I’m watching. Please Dallas, go back to something I need to overpay for. I’d be happier.

Blackout area in Louisiana is ridiculous.
Not a stars fans and not a fan of a streaming app that blacks out games on EsPN plus for their app. I live 10 hours away from Dallas but I am forced to use this app to watch my team play the stars. At some point will fans have to download apps for every team to watch games? Not a good plan. Will delete after my game is over.

The wife and I are Stars fans who recently moved out of Dallas to the Kansas City area. Imagine our surprise when we downloaded the app in anticipation of staying in touch with the Stars but being told by the app that it “wasn’t available in your area”. What’s the purpose of a streaming app if it’s restricted by geography?!?!
