Needs Minor Tweaks
Pretty great game! Some minors buffs to the elite and boss bacteria would be nice as the “final bosses” can be cheesed pretty easily. I’d suggest making the bosses and elites resistant to knockback, stun, and freezing.
The pills themselves could use some QOL changes like unique sounds (the laser pill and buckshot pill sound too similar). Also, the buckshot pill’s firing audio completely muffles the sound of the other pills.

Fun game but there’s an issue
If you get the shockwave pill, than only the shockwave pill can hit the bosses. Please just make it so there needs to be an enemy on screen for the shockwave to fire, it takes about and extra minute because it keeps pushing it off screen and not allowing any other pill to fire.Gamer24936
Twas good till the 3rd level
Decent premise and was fun.
Once you complete the 2nd level you see where all the micro transactions come into play, I get it that apps need to make money for developers, and I like how other apps will tie ads to rewards (which this one does too). But as soon as you start the 3rd level you get hit with an advertisement to start the level, then you progress maybe 10 waves and another one stops your game mid way through.
Basically forces you to shell out money to play without interruptions, not to mention the teaser of double speed (which should be standard speed) otherwise getting through 35waves is a solid chore.Show lessz0rNess
Buddy, we ain’t made of wallets
This game has more ads than any other game I’ve seen and I’ve seen a LOT, all for the game to be physically impossible WITHOUT optional ads. Over 60% of the levels I beat past level 15 FORCED me to watch ads, and saying “forced” is generous, I HAD ZERO CHOICE if I wanted more gameplay. This isn’t pill fortress, this is an interrogation method, like I’m talking if I had the option to either reveal my darkest secret ever possible or to play this game, I would share four separate dark secrets

Unplayable
Ads in the middle of the game is ridiculous. You can’t make it past lvl 10 because there’s no way to earn the currency to upgrade your troops other than beating the current level. Make it so you can earn it by completing past levels so you can actually win the next oneHairysasqatch2094

Love the game
Didn't give it 5 stars because of the ads. However I got so obbsessed with the game I ended up buying the no ads.
Recommendations: more pills with different powers. Ie Ice, plants, rock throwing. A reallllly slow one with awesome power.
Make bosses harder. They're to easy. The little germs in general are the hard part.
Infinite mode/dungeon. See how far you can go in general and the farther you go the more rewards you get.
I would absolutely love if when you got to upgrade the weapons. They pills would hold there weapon in the game.

Too many adds
Too many adds ruin what is an otherwise surprisingly fun mobile game. It could have been a blast but there were 3-4 adds during every level. Overall a perfect example of a game with the potential to be fantastic getting degraded by what can only be described as corporate greed. A pale imitation of what could or rather should have been. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
