Best workout app
The app is so functional and Kayley’s classes are so good - challenging with different levels of accommodations and varying time lengths so no matter where in your day you are you can get an effective workout in. Oh and the music in her classes is always boppin!!
Great for new moms!
This app has been soooo helpful postpartum. Whether I have 10 minutes to spare or am up for a 40 minute challenge, there is a workout to meet what I am looking for. There is so much variety in terms of time, workout, music, muscle group you want to work, etc. that you never get bored! Also Kayley’s positive energy and great playlists make the time fly in each class. The app is super user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Everything You Could Need
I cannot say enough good things about this app and especially this trainer — Kayley provides a variety of everything: bodyweight only, light weights, exercise ball/bands, cardio, strength training, pre/post natal (she is certified!!)….she is a unicorn in this industry and what she has created here is a platform that makes it easy to get movement into your everyday routine. I absolutely love that I can filter workouts according to my time and what my body is feeling that day - if I only have ten minutes I can find multiple workouts in that timeframe that ACTUALLY burn and light my body up/get me moving even in a small amount of time! It’s wild. I do actually travel a ton for my job, so the fact that I can take this with me wherever I go is KEY! Love TravelFit. Get into it!!

This app is a must!
To start, I absolutely LOVE every one of Kayley’s work outs. Her energy and disposition will immediately lift your day. I always feel better after a Travelfit work out. This app is amazing, depending on what you want to do, how much time you have, what tools you have (weights, ball, resistant bands, etc) you can filter through to find the best work out for your day. The community side to it, keeps me motivated and informed. Could not recommend more!
