Ashwell is awesome but the app is so so

Ashwell is by far the best medical practice I’ve ever been too. The app is so so. Mostly based on the communication page. The call or text numbers are only available to call from the app ( if there is a way to text I can’t figure it out, which is functionally the same as not being able to text) and none of the emails work. Just keep getting messages saying to set up email, but nothing on what that means, and I have never seen that in another app. I just click the email address and my email app opens. What makes it worse is that you cannot even cut and paste the emails from the app in to an open email so there is essentially no email functionality. I haven’t tried refills yet, but at least the page looks like it works like it should when I put in everything just didn’t hit submit because didn’t need it yet, same for sick visit. But all I wanted to do was email my doc about some test results, and couldn’t. So not too happy but at least somethings seem to work.

Excellent Medical Team

My family and I have been patients here for years. Excellent medical team…super smart, and always put patients first. Skilled and personable. Beautiful humans. Highly recommend.

Ashewell because they care !

I have been a patient since they opened so when I saw this app yesterday there was no doubt this came from the care provider that has kept me alive before, thru and after Covid. (If there’s such a thing). The most obvious, stand out section of the app is the contact page. This tells me a lot about a company. When a company does not want you to call them; bother them, they encrypt the method of communication so deeply that you really have to want to talk to somebody to get to them. Ashewell does exactly the opposite. They have one page completely dedicated to every doctor’s, nurse, therapist’s, pharmacy number to enable you to quickly, without effort contact them. This tells me they want you to call them. They want you to contact them. I have to use a brief analogy of why I buy canon printers. Canon has an 800 toll-free number, no hold wait time instantly settles any technical issues. I would not buy another printer. The same is true with Ashewell. They’re so caring and thoughtful and their response time so incredible that I wouldn’t think about using another provider. This app is greatly welcomed and is a fine addition to their already outstanding practice. Congratulations to the Ashewell group. I also wanted you guys to know how grateful I am to have you.
