The gameplay is phenomenal
So much thought and effort has gone in to the gameplay and this is where the game really shines. No two dice characters play the same way, no level plays the same way. A masterpiece of game design. Loved it to bits.PJ Sparrow

I’ve been loving it! Still do and still playing! It doesn’t feel “random” though. The dice rolls are skewed. Do they have to be for the game to work? I would love it if someway there was actually a 1 in 6 chance for each number.biannell
Fun but not for long
The game was fun, but there isn’t any fulfillment at the end for me. Other than playing through the story there is no permanent unlocking for powerups. You start at zero every time you start. You only unlock new classes/characters. But with each new game you start fresh. Nothing to modify your character or change their looks. It’s great to play through the story once, even though it’s insanely predictable and annoying after the first few characters. Oh look, no rewards again… whoopie… the only good thing after playing through is that you can set unlocked levels/classes in the settings and skip the story if you want. But still no unlocked skills, abilities or gear. You always start as a newb.Show lessDasanaide

Why is it not fun?
Played for about 6 hours. Strange design decisions make the game not fun. Like having to play through all the characters before getting deeper into one. In other similar games, the enemies get harder but then so do you. In this one, you just become weaker in weird and frustrating ways…Humous123
Best Apple Arcade game
Huge fan of Dicey Dungeons. It’s been difficult but that’s sort of the point, right? Love the simplicity of the mechanics mixed with endless strategy. Pro tip: if you make a mistake, you can click the settings gear and exit the game to restart whatever battle you are on!josh-a-way
Fun game, loads of personality, lacking content
The base game is fantastic, the different classes are interesting, the enemies have fun designs and the move sets are cool and unique, it’s also a very interesting idea for a dungeon crawler in general
My issue comes with the lack of replay value. The challenge modes, or “episodes” as they’re called, while thematically fitting with the game show theme of the game, they’re not fun at all. I’d honestly rather replay each characters first episode than play any of their others.
TL:DR
I’ve beaten the game with all of the non-hidden characters and replayed it through multiple times. I love this game. But if I had it my way there’d be more enemies, bigger dungeons with more floors, more abilities and more characters, that’s where the real fun of this game is.

Excellent Game
This game is so clever and fun! I love the artwork, the theme, and the dynamic gameplay. It can be devastating to get to the last mob on the 5th floor, only to be crushed with some bad luck, but that’s just what dice can do sometimes…and that’s a big part of the fun!
