App is a hot mess…

Love Critical Role, hate this app. $60 USD a year for Beacon, but the app is unusable. Logs out, doesn’t remember login info. Get error codes any time you want to watch something and have to try roughly 10 times before something will play. If you manage to get an episode going, it will start from the beginning halfway through… it’s a hot mess.
If I could, I would get a refund.
