You won't believe what we've cooked up for this update... • Overhauled Design: We've been making design tweaks since Version 1.1.0, and Version 2.0 brings a complete, and we mean complete, redesign to just about every corner of Bit Buddy! Dashboard? New. Tips? New. Settings? New. Device views? New. Like we said, just about everywhere. • Tags: When adding a new device, enter tags to differentiate better and identify devices! • List Filtering: Sort looked lonely, so we added Filter, for those with an abundance of devices. No shame! • Customization: The new design is very different from previous versions, so we added the ability to go back to other designs! • Faster Adjustments: We've improved used storage to be even quicker to increase or decrease. Just click into a device, tap the "USED" item, and drag! • More Tips: We've added new tips for cloud storage and NAS routines worth trying! • Alternate Icons: With iOS 18 approaching, we've begun sunsetting our alternate icons (for now) and introduced a(nother) new default icon! • Bug Fixes: We found a few bugs hiding in the last version of Bit Buddy, so we sprayed some bug spray to (hopefully) remove em! What's poppin'? This new version of Bit Buddy brings some much-needed and requested updates to various areas of the app! Let's dive in. New Features: • New Widgets: Add new devices in a flash with the new Quick Add widget and view your devices with the new Devices widget! Great names, right?! • New Icons: Sticking with the theme of every update, this version also brings three new alternate icons to choose from, Gold, Duotone Green, and Summer. General Improvements: • Navigation: Tips and Settings have moved! Tips can now be found at the top of Home and Settings by clicking on 'Bit Buddy' at the top of Home. • Better Sorting: We've heard your feedback and made list sorting persist across app sessions, resulting in less of a need to click that pesky button! • Location Editing: You can change your device's physical location when editing a drive. Sorry for the delay! • UI Improvements: The appearance of certain elements should be better optimized to fit your screen. We also trimmed a lot of the fluff from previous versions, resulting in a much cleaner experience. Bug Fixes: • As with every update, we've torn up some walls and found a decent amount of bugs within. We've hired the very best exterminators to remove as much as possible, resulting in a more performant application across devices. As always, thank you so much for using Bit Buddy! Oh hey! Don't mind us, we're just here to share some new updates coming to Bit Buddy! • Appearance: Bit Buddy now has a new look in certain areas, including when adding a device, viewing a device, changing the color scheme, some alerts, and more! • New Tips: The tips tab now has short guides covering backups, the 3-2-1 rule, and a new filter menu in the name of organization! • New Icons: Along with two new designs, Red & Stealth, Bit Buddy now has a new default icon. • Bug Fixes: The last update had many bugs, so they're gone. Some of the visual oddities should be removed. As always, thank you so much for using Bit Buddy! We'll be back soon with some more exciting updates! And bug fixes. Can't forget about those.

We won't sugarcoat it, we have a lot of cool stuff waiting for you once you update. NOTE: This update may cause your previously stored devices to be erased. New Features: • Widgets: View your device statistics on your home screen with our beautiful new Stats Widget! • Open Address: If you have a network device logged with a valid web address, Bit Buddy will now let you open it directly from within the app! • Maintenance Reports: Keeping up with your drives is only one part of the battle. The other is maintenance! Now you can log maintenance specific to each device! • App Icons: We have two new icons ready for use - Earth Day and Blue Chevron (inspired by Clear To-Do)! • App Icon Submissions: Send alternate icon designs directly to us! • For iPad Users: Tips are now available! Sorry about the delay! General Improvements: • App Icon Organization: We've implemented a new organization to the app icon display, breaking it up into more manageable and digestible chunks: Colors, Holidays, and Designs. • App Credits: We've moved some of the buttons from the main Settings Pane to a new section called App Credits. We think it looks much cleaner this way. Bug Fixes: • We believe we've managed to squash the bug causing some crashes and weird app behavior. As always, thank you for using and supporting Bit Buddy! Are you sitting down? We have a lot of really cool updates to share! Version 1.1.0 includes: • Navigation: Quickly get where you want to go with our new tab bar, found in every corner of the app! • Device Editing: Gone are the days of deleting a device to change something! Just click the device you want to edit, press the edit button, and go crazy! • Device Display: Speaking of devices, we've added some more and adjusted the sizing! • Tips: Bit Buddy now features a growing list of tips and tricks to help you better manage your devices! • Biometrics: Bit Buddy now locks whenever you leave the app, increasing privacy and security! • Appearance: Going dark. • New App Icons: v1.1.0 brings two new alternate icons, White and Off-White. • Visual Tweaks: We've made the app look a little better. • Bug fixes: We've identified some pesky bugs living in our code and squashed them!
