Liked the game until recently, now disappointing

I have played many merge games and usually end up leaving the game because I’m spending too much money, so far I hadn’t found that to be the case with Fabletown (I’ve spent a lot of money, just not more than I can afford to continue). Then I hit the highest level but within a couple of days they added a new area and wizard, so I had things to do. However, they completely omitted any story with the new levels, but still ok. Now I have hit the highest level again and instead of adding new levels they have added all these new mechanics with no explanation of how they work or what to do, and I items have less value (e.g. less harvest per crop, less tokens for the creatures). The fairy tales are still decent, but I don’t know if that’s enough to keep playing.

Beautiful graphics

I really love Fable town. It is the best merge game I have participated in. I have even deleted the others on my phone and only have Fable Town on my phone now. The graphics are beautiful. The incentives keep you playing and the additional story lines with the genie are great. If there is anything that bothers me has more to do with the ads that will knock out the sound to the game when you return to the game. I don’t know if that is your operating system or the ads but it annoying. But other then that, I love Fable Town.

Cold opening of app-just NOPE

I downloaded the app exited to see what it was about. That excitement was quickly distorted by a pop up notification wanting me to agree to “their terms and conditions as well as more information”, let’s just say that is a HARD NO for me! We’re already giving app developers so much access to our own information that I refuse to agree to anything More. I started reading this “terms & WOW, invasive to me and my entire info, contacts alone w/ sending me text messages & email messages from them & OTHER PEOPLE!
Marketing ploy so I can say I never played this app & delete it ASAP!
Don’t get fooled, they are harvesting your personal information and you have Zero recourse!

Too many issues

Loved the game, but quickly learned I could not access bonus videos. I kept getting different error messages each time I tried. I sent a text to support who quickly responded saying it’s some type of block on my device.
Not true. Other games access videos without issue, but I did double Ck making sure there wasn’t blocking on my device.
I continued playing in spite of this because I was still able to complete special events without bonus videos or spending money.
Then, I stopped leveling at 25. Nothing I did would aide me to level up to 26. I tried to contact support, and now I’m getting an error message saying unable to open at this time. 🤨
I’m thankful I didn’t spend any money on this game. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed because I really did enjoy this merge game. 😢

I like the game but

The app isn’t working at all. It’ll upload but nothing more. It freezes up doesn’t respond to any touch just froze! I’m trying to get ahold of y’all 500 of my diamonds was just took and I didn’t touch, press anything! The support button isn’t working 500 diamonds and just a little loss ! Please help me get my diamonds back

Pretty Good But Needs a Couple of Things

This game is pretty good and I really like it so far. I like that you can pay to skip ads as an option, but you will need to continue to pay because it only skips ads for a limited time. The magnet helps and also you can buy time to use it, but the time is also limited. The story line is interesting and you get plenty of bonuses. There are a few things that would make this better. Once you upgrade a building to the maximum, it would be nice to be able to get rid of any remaining pieces or exchange them so they do not take up valuable space. And also, not receive anymore unusable pieces from the chests, mines, floats, etc. Also, when an event ends it would be nice to be able to go back and collect any gems or coins that are left or automatically do it when the event ends. I did not know you would lose them once the event ended so I lost quite a bit. Otherwise keep up the good work and look forward to the next event.

Why did you reduce the free energy amount in the main board from 25 to 15? Also, collecting the energy orb is now maxed at 35 instead of 50?

Could Be a 5-STAR!!

Fun game with lots of chances for getting energy and extra prizes. The problem is my board is full of the lanterns needed to restore the building. If I click on one, it says “Claim 15”. If I click to collect, it says the building is already restored and there is no way to remove them. I have 50 lanterns using up board space and no way to delete them so I can’t play. Please help!

It’s Ok

Definitely a cute game but its mechanics makes me feel like a hamster on a wheel that never stops. After the initial love bomb stage where the game gives you tons of energy, once the tutorial is over, progress grinds to a halt in order to get you to pay $$$ to keep that initial fun rush of excitement at the start of the game. And if you’re a free player, forget about finishing any of the story events that occur in another area, with only two days to complete, it’s literally impossible to get the special reward by finishing without spending that $$$.

I’ve seen some reviewers say there’s tons to do in the game but there’s really only one thing to do - merge the hundreds of objects up their tiers to get to the desired final object and after a while, that starts to feel really tedious and monotonous.
