Unsupported, not personalized, very basic and 14 days only
The app is very basic, has plenty of errors, but I liked the workouts so I paid $40 for the annual subscription.
After 14 days, the daily program stopped, so I didn’t get the promised “28 day challenge”.
I emailed the support but never heard back. When I tried to reset the 14 day program with a higher level of fitness, I got exactly the same program as before.
I will be emailing apple to try to get my money back.

Can’t change any settings and no help from support
Not Happy
I started out really like this app as it gave me a personalized plan and I followed it for each day. Then my plan ended and a new one never was created. I tried contacting the company multiple times and they never responded. I wouldn’t waste your money.
Disappointed….
The app doesn’t flow from one exercise to another you have to manually advance to the next exercise. I chose beginner, which I was referring to the ability to do the different moves. However the time you do the moves is too short. I want my money back!!!!
Not enough time to decide
I really wanted to love this app. I downloaded it and answered all the questions. It created the 14 day plan and I jumped right in. After Day 1 I could feel that it was working some muscles and I was excited to do Day 2. This morning I opened the app only to find that I can’t do Day 2 unless I sign up. It’s hard to know if I will like the workouts if I only get to try one before committing. I know I can sign up and not pay at first but as an ADHD adult, remembering to cancel things that I don’t need is not my strength. I will have to really think about this before I decide to sign up or not.
Also, side note. In my Day 1 there were two Quad Stretch (right) and no left and I think it should be Kneeling Windshield Wipers? Not “Whippers” 🤪

Not working
I have just paid £19.99 for a 3 month subscription, but the daily plan / Pilates pages are just blank. No content has been loaded at all, other than my starting weight. Please sort this out asap!
