Not enough time to decide
I really wanted to love this app. I downloaded it and answered all the questions. It created the 14 day plan and I jumped right in. After Day 1 I could feel that it was working some muscles and I was excited to do Day 2. This morning I opened the app only to find that I can’t do Day 2 unless I sign up. It’s hard to know if I will like the workouts if I only get to try one before committing. I know I can sign up and not pay at first but as an ADHD adult, remembering to cancel things that I don’t need is not my strength. I will have to really think about this before I decide to sign up or not.
Also, side note. In my Day 1 there were two Quad Stretch (right) and no left and I think it should be Kneeling Windshield Wipers? Not “Whippers” 🤪
