Few major fixes
I love the stores and website themselves. This app isn’t really useful at all. The point system is a mess, if there could be a way to take a picture of your receipt or screenshot your online order and submit it for points, that’d be amazing. That would fix about three problems right there because you can’t order on the app. Doesn’t even keep me logged in long enough to look at all the items for sale. I would love to love this app, it’s simply not functional enough.

Orders don’t show on app
When I tried to order on the app, I’m always unsuccessful. I end up having to do it on the website. It seems that my app and website account isn’t linked because my orders don’t show up on the app either. I am extremely frustrated with this process. It’s taking much too long to complete an order.
Good idea bad execution
It’s cool to be able to order on the app and earn points with the point system but the points never update. I’ve waited about a month after going many times and my points aren’t adding up and I feel a little cheated
Good way to order quick
But you guys SERIOUSLY need to fix this point system …I know I’m missing points and it’s a month later and they still haven’t loaded on ….im there almost daily and I still only have the same amount of point from 3 visits ago..so i basically can’t even use any of them cuz they take forever to go on to my account or just never do

This app doesn’t even work
When trying to save profile info, it rejects it saying Error: username doesn’t exist. It doesn’t even ask for you to create a username. Frustrating when companies launch apps that don’t even function. You can’t even order thru it.
Trash app
Isn’t really a “stand-alone” app. Links to the website and forgets your login/device settings every time you move forward or back when trying to shop and place an order
Good idea but bad execution
The app is extremely slow, doesn’t show prices or a full menu. Point rewards sounds nice but you don’t receive any. Y’all really should’ve did a test run before sending out the app cause it’s disappointing. If you can somehow make it better I’ll consider changing my review
Great Idea - Terrible Execution
The idea of the rewards system and having an app that can do everything when you order your medicine is great but this app is HORRIBLE.
They never should’ve started this new program when the app is in this condition. It’s so half baked and unfinished. No names or information for what you’re ordering, terrible spacing of letters, pictures, etc. “View Entire Menu” just opens the web browser to the website, which I could just order from to begin with.
Definitely gonna need a lot of work before anyone should use it.
