Giant Eagle needs to look at their competitors apps and fire whoever they’re paying to make this junk 😭. Other stores have had one app for scan and go & order pickup for years and giant eagle lags behind. Giant Eagle could also upgrade their mesh extenders in store as when using this app which needs you to be connected to their wifi, I don’t receive any text messages. Purchase history, enter multiple quantities, plu lookup would all be useful features for this app.Show lessRocky River Public Library
Mostly excellent!
Saves me so much time especially on Fridays and stuff when it’s super busy since almost no one uses it. Only problem I ran into recently is it kept telling me WiFi wasn’t connected when it was. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it works next time now but that’s why it gets 4 instead of 5 from me.Show lesscoconimbus
Such an unreliable app
I wouldn’t say every time I go to use this app that my biggest issue occurs, but it happens frequently enough that I need to say something. I often receive the following message while attempting to use: “Problem connecting to the mobile shopping system. Close the application or continue to wait for a connection.”. The app also consistently returns to the start screen without continued use and has difficulties maintaining connection to the WiFi. It’s so unfortunate because the app is super convenient BUT ONLY WHEN IT WORKS AND STAYS CONNECTED!!!Show lessGebs
