They will suspend your account don’t waste your money.
I’ve been playing the game for 40 days straight doing great building my team. Spending money. I made a mistake charge where I was charged twice asked for a refund and my account was suspended the next day and I have no way of contacting customer service or developers to communicate. They could have kept they money or I would have resent it if I was wrong. Point being don’t invest your money into a game where you can’t contact anyone for help and would suspend your account without any type of communication. Missed big events.Show lessMr. PHi

Bad Performance Good Game
This has been a fun game to play with a large discord group in a new server. The game itself if great! However, there are so many technical difficulties when playing this game that your average person would uninstall. When starting up the game, there are several times where nothing loads. I have to close the app and reopen it sometimes 4-5 times just to log into the game to play. When using the auto help for alliance members, sometimes it doesn’t help everyone listed and you can’t manually click each help button as it is greyed out as already selected. My biggest annoyance right now is the battle chess. The app crashes and force closes almost every time or every other time I have tried to play. This is frustrating because I win every time it doesn’t crash but I force lose when the game itself crashes. I am not receiving any phone calls, I am on an iPhone 14 Pro with no other apps open when playing the game. The amount of technical problems with this game is mind blowing when they’re boasting about an update coming in 7 days about completely different issues. I see that they have addressed these things in some patch notes but, just writing about them on Apple Store and not actually fixing the problems doesn’t get me over a 2-Star review. Still a good game, I would recommend if you have a large group that kind city building games like these. Be prepared to have 3 alliances in your server that will spend hundreds of dollars on this game. That’s any game like this though.Show lessVeteran Gamer Trust Me

SCAM Game Application! BEWARE!
Do not download this game! They will steal your money and string you along as they “attempt” to “fix” your problem. I purchased an expensive in game item pack - and never received the items. I reached out to the help discord, the games Facebook page and admins - and they lie over and over and over. It’s been over a onto since this app has taken my money. I still have not received my in game items and the admins keep saying “be patient”. This is a scam.Show lessZackaryJW
Best game I’ve ever played…. But
The gameplay is perfect. The story is great even their weekly achievements are very rewarding. They make you want to do it more and more but it’s a little glitchy to get in the game once you’re in you’re fine. like today for example I’ve been trying to get in for four hours. There is zero customer service in all their websites and apps for customer service and nobody gets a hold of you.Show lessFrenchman72
