I have no background on AI technology and Coursiv has provided a user-friendly and simplified way of learning. I have started the 28-day challenge as well as the various guides on AI technology and its uses (as well as how to use them for business, etc) and so far, I have been learning a lot! This app has great quality content worth all the time, effort and subscription. It’s never a wasted time delving into their available contents. Their policy is ridiculous, they don’t care if you don’t use their apps, they charge you without sending a notification and after they don’t issue the refund because you should cancel the subscription 24 hours before the charge.
The question is how? My apple store didn’t show this upcoming subscription.
I don’t use this app but I have to pay for it and they don’t give any refund.

I cancelled my free trial on June 26…..3 months later September they charge me the annual fee after emailing back and forth from 2:55pm showing them the screen shot proof that it was cancelled finally 8:09pm they finally conceded and said they would give me a full refund it would take 5 business days we’ll see if that actually happens I don’t trust them one bit.Show lessDeveloper Response
