  • Not bad needs an update

    App is easy to navigate. Wish videos would get downloaded to your phone and not have to wait to get in car to download. Or have to be in car to watch videos. Currently asks you to push device button twice to connect every time. (Nexar one) if car were to get stolen, I would not be able to view footage unless I was connected to camera. Liked the old version when you could watch videos in real time not lapse.

  • Absolutely Ridiculous

    I should’ve listened to these reviews. I got the Nexar One Pro. It was absolute garbage from taking almost a half hour to turn on after following the steps, to never connected again after the first time it connected flawlessly, etc. The camera never did what it said. It’s pretty much a gimmick. The app is very simple and straightforward and would be great if the device actually worked. Terrible waste of time. Shipped it right back.

  • Still looking for camera since I bought

    I mean it’s still looking for camera and do you sells our data? Why we have to turn on location? Why phone number ? You sure not selling to insurance credit unions or are you part of insurance companies?

  • Not worth it…

    Read the review just before leaving mine. They will fight and prevent you from returning it even a minute passed their return period.

    I updated the app and never get a single alert despite some damage to my car (some from falling seeds from a very tall tree by my house and I hear when the seeds hit the hood or roof because it’s that loud!). I spent so much time, and without pay or an actual fix, of why my camera can’t keep or easily connect to live stream. It always takes at least 3 mins if it even connects. I feel like I should be refunded and paid for my time giving them all these readings. I got a ticket one time and by the time I got to my destination (20 mins away), there was no chance we could even recover the video. Every time it was powered on, it immediately was recording and there is 0 possibility of transferring video by usb cable! The actual transfers go extremely slow (slight improvement with new app).

    Overall, it’s just a huge headache, loss of evidence if even recorded and a major price scam to charge so much with then an arbitrary monthly subscription. For me, it’s just an accessory to deter since it’s constantly shutting down because of the “high” temperatures and my ac can’t even cool it down enough? Garbage if you ask me and legally my opinion would say false advertising.

  • Issues Remaining Pair

    Unfortunately, I’ve spent more time trying to pair versus using the product. The app seems very sensitive. Incredible options when they work with the unit.

  • Useless app

    First of all, trying to download video using this app is almost impossible, because to be able to connect to it is like rolling a 20 face dice and getting 20 three times in a row. Even if by some miracle, you successfully connects to it(which I did after trying for 40 mins) your downloading a clip of your video without any issue is like rolling the same dice and getting the same result 5 times in a row. Spend 1 more hours trying to, result of those clips are, showing the cabin view instead of road for the first 4 tries, showing the road on the fifth tries, but the exact part I was to see is corrupted, video either skip ahead or just glitch like I’m watching a scratched up dvd disc.
