Absolute stupidity
This is by far the dumbest app ever created. It is meant to create a queue for drivers to be called to jfk. Instead you’re left beating your phone to death with your fingers trying to secure a spot. Instead of just queuing up and going about your day until called to JFK. The city of New York is an embarrassment enough as it is. With its public offices like the dmv, dept of finance, not to mention the MTA and now making the cities taxi drivers toil away in this stupid app just to get a job when Uber and Lyft get preferential treatment is a joke. Do better! I’m sick of this pathetic city. Ew!

Worst app designed to sabotage drivers , manipulate their mind give them anxiety and stay them boiled toward incompetent systems failed to managed.
Can’t expect much from PA
If an award for stupid existed, Port Authority would win unanimously every year. The app glitches, takes forever at times to queue up, and when you finally do, the timing is almost always off. Its like Port Authority can’t find a way to control the blatant corruption of having Uber pay them for preferential treatment along with the dispatchers being bribed by taxi drivers, so to appease the drivers, they come up with this stupid app. Uber and Lyft at the end of the day, especially Uber, have found a way to throw money everywhere and own NYC. This app is stupid, do better Port Authority.

This is a worst app that never works. whenever i try to get in queue it says full. A driver who works 10-12 hrs shift how can he spend another 2-3 hrs to get into the queue. Doesn’t he have personal life that he has to enjoy or at least have rest.
