I specifically went to the airport in time to pick up a passenger and I had a line in an hour, I waited outside the airport but when 45 minutes remained my line disappeared. I spent an hour and a half of time and gas, but the application ruined everything
Impossible to get into Que. Horrible app.
I have only gotten into Que with this app twice in 3 months. Everytime I try to join Que, it says it’s full. They should make a limit where one driver is allowed in Que in 24 hours so more drivers can have an opportunity for a job

who created this are the laziest people. They are not updated; each time you need to enter your email and password. you sit in line for no reason, he kicks you out of line. Queue is always full
The idea behind the app is great but the sole purpose of the app is to queue up and that almost never works. You have to consistently try for several minutes sometimes up-to hours to get a chance to queue up.
Here’s an idea for the app makers: let drivers wait in line to join the main line. If the JFK line is full, drivers can wait in a separate line in the app. When a spot opens up in the JFK line, they get added automatically. This could make things easier and better for users.

It’s really unbelievable that , such worst app can be made in USA . I don’t know which company developed it.such a loser company
