I have purchased this Robotic pool cleaner so I was super excited to try it pulled it out of the box by the way packing was nice very well packed. Back to the machine now I downloaded the app I was shocked how easy it is to use. I set it in the water and was truly amazed the power it has geez I have no complaints I’m very pleased. My pool water is sparkling clear also this robot filters the water and small particles in the water get picked up I am happy.Thank you 😊😎😊Show lessJulie’
Works well!
I have not had the same experience as previous users. I had no issues at all downloading the app and connecting to the pool vacuum using Bluetooth. I have an iPhone. Perhaps iPhones function better than android devices. Once connected I was able to run the necessary firmware update and change my cleaning mode from ALL to FLOOR Only. Bugs fixed
Downloaded app, Bluetooth connected the robot, auto updated the robot, changed settings for how I wanted vacuum to perform, dropped into pool. Easy easy easy.Pr1m4t3

Useless app
App doesn’t work. Connects to vac then you can’t use vac buttons or the app!!NancyConnell
Really
Bluetooth connects, then need an update and it just crashes and crashes. Completely useless app. And the developers don’t even have the decency to look at info from the app. Vacuum is probably the same situation. I’m returning from where I purchased and never using this name brand againDudermano
