I made $15 from this app. Had it sent via a bank transfer and was told by my bank that you they don’t accept transfers from merchants outside of the US. I thought, no problem, I’ll PayPal instead. Now since I already cashed out via ACH (bank transfer), my money has been missing for over two weeks and I keep hearing the same things from support. “Give it time” and “It will arrive by July 30th.” No, it won’t BECAUSE I have received emails FROM Five Surveys saying that the transfer ALREADY FAILED. Still, I MUST wait until July 30th, to very likely be told to try again, and wait until the later date. Such a waste of my time. I’m starting to doubt I’ll ever receive my money from this app. I seriously just want a PayPal credit instead, but it can’t be reversed because I chose ACH transfer. It’s always “contact my bank.” I ALREADY DID. They told me to contact Five Surveys and get a credit. Apparently I can’t.

You can reach out to help@fivesurveys.com anytime for help.First I’ll start by admitting that I love the layout, design and how extremely user friendly this app is….. however in my opinion as an expert survey taker with 10+ years of experience I believe there are too many steps allow me to elaborate…. As soon as you locate a survey you want to take you first click on it this is where the app will ask you a short series of questions to see if you qualify to take the survey this has been an average of 2.5 additional minutes for myself. If the app determines you qualify you will move on to the actual survey. Sometimes you will provide an answer that flags the system and the system will automatically screen you out of the survey which is another time consuming issue with no compensation for.
A fantastic resolution to this issue would be a more in depth profile assessment upon signing up, a more in depth series of qualification questions per survey in order to better ensure a qualified participant doesn’t get screened out in the middle of a survey. This could also help reduce anxiety, frustration and anger which are the root causes people eventually get fed up and delete their accounts or just stop taking surveys all together. As you know when people stop taking the surveys the data stops and when data stops revenue stops…. Anyway that’s enough opinion therapy from me thank you for your time.
This app has been pretty good so far sometimes there are glitches in this app. Some of the surveys do not work properly. And sometimes I have been taking surveys in the past and completed. The surveys in the app has not rewarded me at all. I’ve taken over 80 surveys so far and now I’ve got my money sometimes. They say you complete Five Surveys but sometimes they don’t give you your rewards at all. There are some, that will give you the money you complete that’s not always the case. I want to get in touch with these people because I have been taking these surveys for a while and I stopped recently because they were not paying me.

The app is intuitive, give you many different surveys, and surveys are always available. It also give you options to spend the money, minimum of $5, with more than 100 different gift card options, including Venmo and your bank account. It is not perfect through. I’ve completed more than 60 surveys and the app has some bugs. Of these 60 surveys, almost 10 did not count for me, because of a app bug, that would be $10 more dollars at the end. I would probably keep using this app with the hope they select better in the future the surveys available for us. It is not easy and take time, $5 take near an hour, but if you are bored and have time this could be a good option. Many surveys screen you out at the middle of the surveys which is not nice but I can live with that. It is real and works.
I am really frustrated with the fact that I will finish a survey all the way to the end. It will say thank you for your time this is all we have for you today if not directed click here. The completion bar will be at 100% and then…. THEN IT DOESN'T AWARD ME CREDIT. That’s not fair to have my answers and allow me to navigate to the end of a survey and then not give me credit. I just spent two hours and completed about 7 surveys to the end with no credit for any. All were short but still no credit😩 if I don’t qualify then don’t waist my time please. I do like this app I gave it 5 stars everything else is amazing. I love the layout of the app and mostly the simplicity! I also appreciate the instant cash out!! But please please consider when we have spent our time on your platform and answered questions that we don’t get timed out or whatever it’s doing at the end of the survey.

But the sad part is that I’ve completed about 5 since I needed my 5th. They will time you out after you finish the 5th survey so you won’t get credit for it, but they will get credit for you completing the survey…Such a scam app. I don’t recommend unless you wanna waste your time. Edit: Maybe you have to complain or something, but ever since I wrote the review the app has been working smooth…Granted it gets a lil tougher once you’re at 4 surveys, but overall I can say this is the best survey app that’s out. Since the review I cash out at least 2-3 times a day..

Unfortunately this process is not smooth at all. Obviously not statistically speaking but a good 90% of surveys have screened me out or told me I’m not eligible to even participate. I have completed 4 surveys over the course of HOURS. Why? Because I can’t even find one that will let me finish. I’ve been half way done with some (5-10 minutes in) and it will “screen” me out. Boom time wasted. Before coming at writing this review something happened, this is also what prompted me to leave a review at all. I I was kicked out of a good 5 surveys in a row wasting about 30 minutes of time without completing anything.

I know what time it is. There are indeed many crappy platforms and some are even scams as well. However, if you know what you’re doing and follow the rules, you can absolutely make extra cash daily. For sure. Even if it’s only $5, it won’t take you long. Just be smart.

Thanks for the feedback!I’ve barely had the app for over a month and I’ve already completed 338 surveys and earned 265 dollars, they have different ways you can checkout your money etc, you will get kicked out surveys or there’s even days where you won’t be able to complete over 2 surveys but y’all have to realize this is one of the best apps for surveys that’s out there and it’s underrated, have patience and my advice is to take surveys while you’re watching a movie or listening to music so it won’t be so boring but yea I love this app and it’s legit.

Thanks for being with us and giving 5 stars.At first, there will be plenty of survey opportunities (the ones that are rated and within a reasonable time frame to take) but this does not stay consistent. And seems to go away pretty much completely once you get close to cashing out (I noticed this the last two times I cashed out / cashed out a total of three times before calling it quits) then, the worst part is you can spend 10-15 mins or MORE on a survey (or multiple surveys) and be screened out at random and without any real explanation (seems as if they get the answers and then are avoiding having to pay) and you DO NOT get compensated for that time. Then, not all surveys are actually $1, some are “half surveys” where you just get a half dollar for completing them. This additional feature would not bother me if we were atleast compensated for our time when being screened out of a survey or even just disqualified at first for whatever reason. Now that I have finally been able to cash out, I will not return to the platform unless the issue of not being compensated for ALL efforts is resolved. A referral link would be nice, but there is not one. Again, this wouldn’t bother me either if I was being compensated for all efforts. Please consider improving the app and touching base thru email to let us all know the app has improved. Otherwise, I will be just using other survey sites instead. Thank you.
