New app is simply horrible
This updated app should never have been launched. It doesn’t work properly and has an awful, confusing, and redundant interface. On top of that, something must have changed with the way rewards are distributed. I haven’t won anything since the new app went online. After 4 years of diligent use, I will no longer be logging any trips with GA Commute Options. :( It’s just not worth the hassle anymore.Show lessemmyATL871

This app needs to be fixed. As others have noted, the interface is lacking, and even the sign-up is confusing. For instance, it asks for a PIN, which is to say a personal identification number. When it eventually provides one, via email, it’s not a number at all. This kind of lack of attention to detail seems to be present throughout the new app and the design of the new website.Show lessI miss Melvyn
