Getting paid to commute?
New app is simply horrible
Awful
Not good
The rewards themselves were generally random/not worth the steps.
But it was nice tracking a ride and seeing the environmental stats + monthly drawings.
It is almost impossible to log rides (I refuse to turn on location tracking). Why aren’t the address limited to the atlanta area? Why can’t we select home and work from a list?
Used the old app almost everyday. I haven’t opened this one since the first week of release.
Deleted it today.
Suggestions
- There’s no longer automatic trips for each day that there were in the last app. Bring these back if possible
- Make it so you can save your work and home location, and make each of those populate automatically when you log a trip. Why do I have to enter the same two addresses literally every day.
- Take a hard look at what your input values are. Why are you inputting “Distance” for telework? What does this even mean?
- The date selection is atrocious; the date pops up in this tiny box in the corner of the screen, then you have to click on that box again to choose a date. Make the calendar just pop up in the middle of the screen when you’re choosing a date.
- Why does the app auto-redirect you to your mobile browser when you go on some pages? The whole point of app is so you can contain the experience into just that app.
I’m sure there are more, but this is what I’d like to see fixed to make this bearable at least.
No longer worth it

Overly complicated
This app is too complicated and overly Involved. The flip flopping from the app to their web site to see information or to log a trip breaks the experience. This new app may make be was to exit the program altogether unless they can make the overall experience simpler.
