Just downloaded the new app and was not thrilled to realize they hadn’t bothered to port my credentials from the old one, so had to sign up again. Then, just as others describe, the experience is super buggy and poorly designed. Last, in the final insult, tickets purchased are no longer available in the app. WTH?!!!!! Why anyone would “upgrade” an app only to destroy it is beyond me.
I even Googled to see if the chain had gone bankrupt and had ditched everything they good to save money. So far, no.
No reason to have use the app anymore.
And clearly seems they don’t really care since there is no developer or company response in the App Store to the litany of terrible feedback, just like mine.
