What happened next NEVER happens anymore. I received the service that probably exceeds the white-glove service my clientele receives. I emailed the dev for support and received a response back seconds later. He asked me to go through a couple of troubleshooting steps that I'd already tried, so we tabled the issue until I was able to troubleshoot further. During the course of trying to figure it on my own, I found another very minor bug. The dev sent me another email asking if I'd call him when I got home. I called him as soon as I walked in the door and he had already resolved the larger issue. The second, minor bug was resolved before our phone call ended.
I provided him feedback on 2 things that I'd like to see in the future. He made a note of both items, liked both ideas, and said he'd implement them.
The kindness, response, and professionalism Chris shows, in addition to the quality of this still relatively young app, shows just how much he cares about both his product and his customers.

Powerful and affordable
I also just discovered that I can add my Venmo link and it shows up on the invoice. Amazing tool, I don’t know why more invoice apps don’t have this.

Invoice Pro has completely transformed the way I manage my invoices. The freemium version gave me everything I need to stay on top of payments, and I didn’t even need to provide a credit card for the trial! It’s so easy to use, I did end up upgrading to get unlimited access but the trial showed me that it was worth it.
