There seems to be teething problems throughout Beach House, I accept that, but to expect your residents to pay full rate while you are sorting these issues is not reasonable.
I can not comprehend that the sky bar and business centre do not have facilities to make tea coffee or provide water to visitors and clients who use these spaces, my other surprise was no printing facilities or wi fi in the business centre, really ?
I inspected a Mirvac building in the city prior to beach house, I just assumed that in a business centre there would be wi fi and printing facilities as they had. Tea and Coffee making seemed logical and expected by residents, so my meeting tomorrow, where clients are attending beach house, I can’t provide them a tea, coffee or water, in the business centre or sky lounge ? That is odd, not everything needs to be charged as an extra, we are paying more than market rent for the additional facilities but no water ect for clients is ridiculous. Please fix and offer sweetener deals for facilities until everything works correctly.
