We are constantly working on improving the app functionalities and user experience. Here's a summary of what we have fixed.
Enhancements :-
- Added support for Facial Recognition.
- Added functionality to add guest photo.
- Added Board Member Term Length on the Board members view.
- Added the option to authorize Contactless Pickup.

- Owner can now see who signed for a package and who picked it up from the leasing office/concierge.

The CondoCafe Owner App is available to those with a current RentCafe Portal Login. The app allows you to manage your condo information and services with a few simple touches. Log in securely from anywhere and update your profile, view and pay your account balance or submit maintenance requests.
CondoCafe Owner App features:(options vary based on each community)
- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
