Yoga for Everyone and Scrolling that Uplifts
I have been using this app for about a month now and I love the diversity of teaching styles and the diversity of human bodies that I find. It feels like an absolute breath of fresh air in a world where yoga can feel so exclusive and focused on making an up-sell. I love the social media scroll feature: it has diverted me away from less helpful scrolling in so many situations lately. I just love it. I’m looking forward to seeing what all the new content holds.

Interesting concept!
Just browsing the free version, but I love the idea! “Yoking” together, in the true spirit of community, diverse yoga professionals in the world, like a social media app. It seems truly diverse, truly representing the enormous community of yoga. The professionals seem to be so carefully curated for authentic content. Looking forward to continuing the exploration!

Great App for Yoga
This is a great app for yoga. It hopefully will change how people think about yoga in the west. Hopefully, people will see all that yoga is in addition to asana. It’s not just a workout or a way to stretch the body!
Wow!!
Thank you so much for all the hard work that went into making this app! I have found my people! The inclusivity and compassion is something that is truly lacking in a lot of other yoga platforms. Kudos and many thanks.
Worth it
So much incredible content already, just an overall really positive space and lots to learn
What they don’t (usually) teach in yoga studios
Yoga content on Yoke Yoga goes beyond what you see on traditional social media platforms. It also goes deeper into what is typically taught in a yoga class. There is so much more to yoga beyond the purely physical and content creators show all these facets of yoga. Yoga with an intersectional lens is shown. It shoes the communal, spiritual, and ancestral side to yoga. Yoga as a form of medicine is also demonstrated. Highly recommend for those who want to learn more about yoga beyond the physical forms of it, and what it could look like for individuals of various backgrounds and abilities.

So needed!
It’s really regulating to have a space that is acknowledging and naming what is happening in the world without turning away or whitewashing it. Allowing us to sit with it, notice how we are experiencing it, and encouraging us to disrupt harm when we see it.
A healthy reflective place to be & practice
I’ve known Susanna, Yoke’s creator, for nearly 20 years, and have grown to really admire and trust where she focuses her attention and how she honors and teaches about yoga. I’m so excited for this app and love it already. And because she listens to people, their needs and feedback, I know it’ll only get better.
I appreciate the categories and easy to search options. I like that I can consciously choose to pause doom scrolling, and go here instead. It’s a way to connect with other people who are choosing to go inward more often while connecting toward our collective liberation as well.
Highly recommend and see you there!

Great easily accessible teachings
Love how easy this app is to navigate through.
Reimagining socials
I try to be very intentional with how I use my phone, and I am so thankful to have a supportive app like this.
