Inaccurate and scammed me out of my money
I’ve had a yearly subscription for a few weeks and out of nowhere it says I can’t use I can’t use the app unless I buy a subscription. I then went to buy yearly 5 more times and nothing worked.
When u scan a barcode it never knows what food it is and when u take a picture of your food it never gets it right.
They also scammed me because when I go to apple and try to get a refund the purchase I made for the yearly subscription isn’t even there, they also didn’t let me know my free trial was almost over like they said they would.

App crashes
App crashes multiple times when trying to scan a food. All to hard
Consistent
I’ve only used this app for 20 days and I’ve lost 5 pounds so far. Of course, you have to be ready and dedicated as the app cannot make you change your lifestyle. However, I felt compelled to track my calories with Cal AI. It has been the most simple calorie tracking app I have used. I can customize my own meals and macros. Their reminders are helpful as well. It is also encouraging to see that they keep track of your own tracking as a streak. This has been the most effective app for me during my weight loss and I’d definitely recommend it to those who are ready to make lifestyle changes and stay consistent!

Charged for free trial
Signed up for the free trial and was charged full price anyway. The app isn’t useful and doesn’t accurately measure calories. Would advise using another app.
You cannot add grams
How can you track calories when you can’t even add how many grams of that food you had? When I scan a barcode it only gives me calories but it doesn’t take in account how much I actually ate. This is nonsense
Great app to meet your goals
This app really helps you stay on track and reminds you to stay eating the right amount everyday to meet your goals, no it’s not going to be 100% accurate but the people using this app aren’t trying to be Olympic medalists, their trying to better them selves by either gaining or losing weight and this app will help people succeed with that. For the people complaining about the free trial being a scam are just broke people trying to find something to complain about, if you really cared about your health and trying to better yourself you would spend a small 3$ a month🤣🤣 W app.

Poor Functionality
When you open the app, it asks for payment immediately. It offers a 3-day free trial, but instead charges for a 1-year subscription without proper clarification. The app also fails to recognize basic items’ (even the barcode) like milk when you try to use its features. Additionally, the refund process is unsatisfactory, and I was unable to get my money back. I do not recommend trying this app. Many other free alternatives work better. It’s a waste of time and money.

3 day free trial?
There is no possible way I can rate this app based off its user-friendly, fancy-looking introduction demo.
I knew after downloading this app there would be some sort of subscription — because that’s how it is now-a-days with apps like these — but, I thought at least the developers would give their users more time to see if they actually are losing weight with the app. 3 days? How am I supposed to tell if this app is helping me lose weight in 3 days? Ever heard of a 14 day trial?
If it’s going to take me 5 months to lose 20 pounds, and your app is as prestigious as you make it seem, isn’t there some sort of “money-back garuntee” that most business’s offer when they sell products? It should be the same with this app.
Yes, I understand there is money to be made and I do not mind paying it — once I see if it’s worth it or not — but on the other hand, a 3 day free trial, for an app like this, is pointless because no human being on earth can lose [20 pounds] in 3 days.
Now, if the app included exercise and fitness workouts, then yes, that’s something I would buy up-front. But I’m sorry, there’s no possible way of knowing that this app is worth it unless I see results.

Good app but..
This is a solid app. As far as my reasons for downloading it, counting my calories has always given me stress & as a college student I don’t have time in my day to sit down & track my food. (I barely have time to make my food if I’m being honest). I’ve gained some weight and I wanted to focus on calorie deficit with a high protein diet. This app is good because it tracks your macros & you can take pictures of your food & it gives you a pretty good estimate. I would say it’s fairly accurate, just make sure you get the whole dish in the picture. One thing that does bug me is I am a pretty active person & I don’t think my calories burned are considered into the calorie counter bar at the top. This is super important as I don’t want to be undereating. This is only my first day using it so I’ll see how tomorrow goes & decide if I want to continue with a subscription. This is a really good app concept that will help a lot of people & I think with some fine tuning from the app developers will really make this a great app

Not worth it
Paid for the app and haven’t had any correct AI scans, fiddly to manually edit, many barcode scans don’t work and manual input can be painful too.
