Overcharged

I’ve had this app for the past 3 weeks and have been charged 9.99 once every week now. That’s $30 for an app that isn’t all that good. I have my receipts and will be investigating on how I can get my money back. This app is a low key robbing people.

Response from developer

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced. After conducting an initial review of our transaction records from August 7 to September 16, we found that there were ONLY 4 payments of $9.99 during this period. TWO of these were from U.S.-based accounts, and all four encrypted IDs are different, which suggests there may be a misunderstanding. However, we take your concerns very seriously and are committed to helping resolve the issue. Please contact us through the email support option within the app, and kindly share your receipts. We will gladly assist you in investigating further and addressing any problems. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to helping you. Best regards, WhereThings Support Team

Absolutely love this app! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The things organizer has completely revolutionized the way I manage my clothes and shoes. The interface is sleek and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to catalog all my items. I especially appreciate the tagging and categorization features – they help me quickly find exactly what I need. The visual inventory is fantastic, allowing me to see my wardrobe at a glance. Plus, the outfit planning feature is a game-changer, saving me so much time in the mornings. This app is a must-have for anyone looking to keep their wardrobe organized and stylish!

Fantastic App for organizing and finding items

It has significantly helped me organize and pack my luggage more efficiently!

Also hope ‘file export’ function so I can print and label containers!
