Needs major improvement
The group function is important for my paid course but using groups is frustrating. Eg, I have an iphone SE which is a small screen but a common phone. On droplist I can’t select the lower selections on the droplist because the list keeps bouncing to the top selection. Also there is a pinned section on top of group posts which should scroll horizontally but doesn’t so I can’t access important posts. Overall the UX is poorly designed and tested with little thought about finding posts and categorisation.

Horrible UX
It’s so difficult to navigate the mobile app. The web version is fine, but it’s impossible to find what I’m looking for in this app. Why aren’t courses and communities together like on the web version? I’d rather see a sidebar with all options rather than having communities and courses separate. And I can only access profile from the courses not the communities. Also no push notifications??? Very difficult. Would love it to be more like circle.

No option to delete account
There’s no option to delete your account. I feel like this is a bare minimum feature that every app needs.
This is amazing!!!!
Such a great app! I can’t wait to have clients give it a go and seeing how it rockets their businesses!
Changes made the experience worse
In the community, I used to be able to respond to someone with a video where I could just press upload media and then record myself right in the app and send it as a message now it seems like I need to record a message on my phone and then upload that video file and it takes forever. I don’t know why this change was made. If it was made intentionally please change it back to the way it was before I updated it to the latest version of this app.

Can’t get past “complete profile” page
When you log in. It asks you to create a profile and upload an image. For what ever reason you can’t get past this page until you write your bio and upload a photo. Which is fine… except that when I click on the camera icon, it doesn’t give me an option or open a window to select the photo.
This app is essentially useless because it’s impossible to get past this page: Complete Your Profile

Audible Notifications
Is anyone able to receive audible notifications when there are posts in the community? Not just push banner notifications??
Excited but non functioning
I can’t even get signed in…. 1 star until I can at least sign in. Great concept but huge bummer given the state that it’s in. Happy I haven’t shared it with my community yet.

It was decent until recently
I found the app to be glitchy at first, but workable. Now when I go to my recent learning, it doesn’t take me to where I left off. I am a little behind and it takes me to the most recent. Leaving me to have to get out of the lessons go back to the homepage scroll all the way down to my lesson, if I remember what lesson I left off at. But once I hit that lesson, it takes me to the last of the three videos in that lesson. So if I’m not paying attention and I complete that third one and hit complete it takes me back to the most recent, which makes me have to go back to the homepage. Scroll down and find it again. Can we fix this.

I’ve used Skool, Mighty Networks, Facebook Groups, and Circle and Kollab has quickly become the better app.
It has gamification built into the communities along with easy commenting, liking, and replying to others posts.
The courses are built right in so you can easily switch between communities and courses. You can also create unlimited communities and courses without any extra fees. Way better than Skool and others.
I’m looking forward to seeing more updates and features added.
