  • Very bad app

    Why Apple tolerates such bad app on its store is beyond me. Nothing works properly. It used to but with the iOS upgrade it did not keep up and now it is just a dying app.
  • Subscription

    Hi I have 4 cameras installed. And I did subscribe to the app. But it only record one camera. I tried to make all 4 camera records but I couldn’t. How is it possible to make all 4 cameras record?
  • Still broken

    This app is still broke. Two years and they still won’t fix the landscape rotation they broke. App is buggy and unusable. Don’t buy cameras that use this app. Buyer beware.
  • subscribing doesn’t work

    takes the money out of your account and says it will take 15 minutes but will stay saying to subscribe 24+ hours after
  • Basic but good

    App need done updating and newer features but for a basic app it’s great

    Few ironing out issues
    Screen turns when viewed on side which is slightly annoying but iPhone can Lock Screen
    You cannot have motion alerts
    You cannot record more than one screen
    I found a recorded screen with a format link but no specifics to what I’m formatting - potential issue
    A cloud link - didn’t work but I’m sure could be fixed

    I’m happy enough with this system app as I have X2 app for my systems one wireless and a hard wire.. (1new 1old)

  • Tried to use for 5 yrs :-(

    We had this app with Firstrend 8 channel 480 p cameras. We have tried and hoped for an update all that time. You cannot see your cameras on the phone and it is so frustrating! Don’t buy cameras that use this app!! We have a different one at our Airbnb rental and it works great, seriously I don’t know what the deal is with one but it’s the only app I e found that the cameras can use and it’s pure junk! Loads to 89% even up to 99% and then says WiFi is too slow. We have smokin fast WiFi and the other camera app opens like lightning so it must be something on this app or the cameras but I have it plugged straight into the router. We can see our cameras perfectly on the home monitor so I know it’s not that.

  • Latest iOS update

    Everything was working fine! Then I took the latest iOS update and cameras will not load in live mode, but I can still records and I can view it under device mode! Go figure! I guess we will have to wait until they can make it compatible with the new iOS update! If they care!
  • This app is a joke

    For some reason, I could not login with my account, it said user does not exist, I have used this account for years once logout, it is not existed, then I was trying to sign up with the same email and it said this email has activated account. What a joke! When I log in, account dose not exist, when I sign up, account already existed. This app is so bad, don’t waste your time to test it guys.
