Landscape view not working.

I have used the Danale app for my camera for over 4 years now. First used as a baby monitor, never had an issue and loved the subscription service to save clips as he had night terrors and used that to capture them. I really like how most motions are saved are 2 minutes long. My ring doesn’t even save motion for that long. Now it’s being used for house camera. . I use my iPhone, sometimes it takes longer to load but I’ve figured out it determines on the type of Wi-Fi I’m on. Turning on my cellular data always works the quickest for me. I’m actually considering adding more cameras because I like this app so much. Now my only Con— only one device can be logged in at a time, so if another family member wants to view the camera I will automatically get booted out, and will have to re enter password. I wish I was at-least notified of another device logging on as my motion notifications will end as well and sometimes won’t realize. The only notification I get is when I click the app to view the camera, it then pops up that I’ve been logged out but if Danale could have the notification sent as soon as another device logged on that would help tremendously! Over all though I’ve had a great experience with the app for a long time.Show lessValentine Nik
Cannot full screen
The app doesn’t allow full screen on iPhone 14, it needs to be updated and I will not pay for cloud service of an app that sucks.Karbonk
LANDSCAPE BUG!!! Still ongoing!!!
The app is good, but current build is not iOS 16 compatible, as it will not let me see my cams full screen.Captain Underpants...
Lost Landscape View with Latest Apple Update
As the title says. App has been pretty decent up until the last Apple Update. Now the landscape view doesn't work. Everything else still works as before.Jack-rammer
Can not reliably use over cellular, even 5G
The app will work as intended when only connected to wifi. If you try to use the app with cellular service, even 5G with good reliable reception, the feed will open, but within seconds the stream goes to 0.00kb/s and will not stream. I can get my other cameras to stream without issue using a different app. Support team please look into this issue!Show lesstlz422
Can’t landscape
Since the last upgrade when I load up my cameras, and then turn my phone to landscape mode, it doesn’t work, can’t get to four camera screens to landscape for some reason and not sure how to fix it from my end so it must’ve been some thing from the last upgrade can you fix status?Larry's Domain

After reset SSID of camera is not showing up on available network…impossible to establish connection…just an eyesore! The developer of the app is not responding…-10 STARS!

Horrible
This is a horrible system. Right from the beginning, the problems just keep getting worse. I guess it’s time to move onto a better system that’s more reliable.Ali Leesha
