  • App is designed to make money.

    It will not let you view your own motion detection pictures, even with an appropriate SD card. It will ALWAYS ask you to subscribe, thereby blocking the SD Card and your own pictures. It is a money making scam!

    As a customer service rep for Topcony told me, ‘we know there is a problem with the app software, we have contacted Danale but they refuse to answer’.

    Why would you offer a 7 day free trail then charge me the $5.00 dollar on the very 1st day I begin my free trial. The App is crappy it turns its off. Now you steal my money. I want it back on my card. 7 day free trail means 7 day to see if I’m going to like it right?. Starting off false advertising is not the way to go to trick people into getting your app. If I’m my money is not returned. This review is going to be every where on every social media site and report to to consumer affair page. Don’t Scam

  • Software bugs otherwise nice camera

    Cannot change motion sensitivity level, Tick new level and OK but it goes back to original setting. Very annoying as it is currently over sensitive.
    Could be a good product one day, if they fix the bugs.

  • Audio is regular time - video is in slow motion. Whats with the lag!!!

    I used the app to video from my camera and the audio and video is sooo off. Its at least 20 seconds or so off. The video is so laggy I cannot edit it. This is pitiful really. Does not run in the background. I am probably sending this back and buying something different.
  • MISERABLE

    At first it was fine, I was able to see each time motion was activated on the cameras, then one by one they went blank. It was recording on the NVR but not sending to the phone and there is a several second delay between live footage and phone viewing "live". At any rate, after some investigation on ANRANs site I discovered you have to be subscribed to their cloud. Fine, whatever. Tried to subscribe and purchase and it doesn't let you! So basically when away I get notification that a motion sensor has tripped but nothing to view. That's not anxiety provoking or anything. The customer service is terrible took over a week to reset a password because they were on holiday????? Seriously? A five pound rock was launched through my window while I was sleeping... The camera was mounted a foot from the window. It didn't pick up anything. But it will pick up a freaking gnat flying in front of the lense. Amaze balls.

  • Almost a 5!

    Great product and I have had it for almost 2 years!! But, yes there are a couple of buts lol the night vision is no longer working : ( and I really wish the app had a feature to fast-foward the recording...that would be awesome!! Other than those 2 things, I highly recommend this product!!!
  • Works great for the price

    Installation wasn't bad at all, it just took us a minute to realize only I could create an account and login then I had to have my husband create an account so I could share the camera with him so he could login so we can both view our son's nursery at the same time on our phones.

    The lights on the camera are pretty bright at night and we realized this after we installed it on the ceiling facing our son's crib, but it doesn't seem to bother him now after a few weeks.

    Would LOVE to see the app integrated with Alexa spot, that would truly be icing on the cake!

  • Works with many different brands of cameras

    I have two different brand of cameras that work with this app, so its good to look at more than just one brand of camera. The both cameras that I have work excellent, less than a second of lag to get a live view. I wasted almost $200 on 1 arlo camera that has almost a 10 second lag to connect. This app paired with the cameras that i have are definitely worth it.

  • Access to camera and cloud service

    Installed Danale app, setup account, and setup cloud service. It was a breeze, called customer service to reset/release an older IP camera and they quickly released the device. 5 stars.
  • APP WORKS JUST FINE

    Don’t believe all the negative comments
    IF YHE APP OF CANERA IS GIVING
    you a hard time it’s probably due to your poor WiFi connection you may need a new router
    My camera works perfectly fine my motion sensor is on medium and it picks up every noise possible
