I can no longer connect because my email has changed and they want to verify me even though I have the password. I have used the in app contact feature to get my account reset but no one will contact me back. Basically I cannot use the app or the cameras now because there is no way to get any tech support what a wasteShow lessMauimer
App does not work under 4G conditions
This app does not work under 4G conditions, and with a new iPhone13 I don’t have the ability to switch back to 3G where the app where perfectly fine. An update is absolutely needed so this app is compatible under 4G. Please please please updatelovemusiclovelife5
Not working on mobile app 95%
It goes to 95% and then doesnt work anymore!
If you have this problem, use the computer one, it works most of the time!

Only shows 1/2 the cameras. What a waste.
Had this system for a year now. When I open the app it brings up cameras 1-4 with relatively no problems. Camera 5-8 do not come up at all over the internet and very troublesome on my home network. I only wish there was some other app I could use to monitor my camera. This one is horrible.alaskalivin123456

So many things to say but do not even bother now as im switching to a TPlink with Topa app. The camera is still working perfectly fine. It’s just this app is so bad that I have to switchDandoan1512
