Camera footage not loading
I’ve had my cameras for a few years and for the last 6 months the camera footage never loads on the app. Worked fine without any dramas and now I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and has success once getting them to work and now the camera footage never loads on the app.BSH11E

Worked great until yesterday
The app worked great until yesterday. Now I can’t get the feed on my phone at all. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and reset the system. Still no feed through the app. This is a paid for service and it’s not working.Bellablue911
Will not connect over 4G
Will not connect over 4G. It loads to 80 or 90% and then stops even trying. Waste of money.Bullnala

No longer connects to app now. Cameras won’t load up at all. Looking to upgrade systemwhipppa
App Crash
The app crashes constantly whether I am in wifi or 4G. I have to delete the app, re-download and sign in. It defeats the purpose of having the cameras as I can’t see anything when I’m not home.

Waste of a product and now with this new update I have to pay $6.99 a month just to see previous footage and there is no privacy policy that I can find on this app.

Ugg, it’s ok
I’ve used this for 2 years to check on one child and it’s ok, bare minimum, you can log into app and see for 10 seconds. You can talk into the microphone and hear via the microphone (though not at the same time which is trivial but annoying). This weekend I got very frustrated when I played with the picture flip button and CANNOT flip the video back, despite closing, deleting app and smacking it against my head 5 times. My son has epilepsy and I need to see him the right way when I want to, this app let me down when I needed it with a VERY simple (yet for some a lifesaving) blipShow lessBizzer55
