Works great
Using it for 1 camera and the recording and stream are working great. Yes I had some outages last month but nothing has 100% up time. I record to a NAS locally however I think it’s worth the price of the cheap cloud storage too.Zeromega
No cloud backup
Im paying for the complete services with the cloud backup but each time i click on clouds backup it says no record data ... please fix_jess_03
Fix it please
This app is hopeless. This app can see the cameras in the network when I try to add the device but it won’t connect to them. It just times out. Seriously, please fix this ASAP.
I have done a factory reset of the NVR, reset my router done all that and no luck.

Had to try 15 times resetting and pairing to get it to connect to the network. Not sure if it is the updates on the app that caused the problems. But it gives a frustrating amount of problems to connect to network.ShameedKarim
Great Camera Support
I don’t know what all the complaints are about this app. I am using it with cheap 5 year old Momentum cameras and it works flawlessly. Of course I have Comcast internet so my WiFi is fast. I suspect most folks here have inferior internet that’s the culprit or their cameras have issues.Mogger19631234
Logs out too often
I like having access to my cameras over the phone. However, if my husband looks at his app, it logs me out. If I look at my app, it logs him out. Sometimes, I need to quickly look at the cameras, and it’s a massive pain to have to re-enter the password and wait to log in. Can you fix this on the next update?Show lessdidirobb
The apps does not allow to watch more than 4 cameras at the same time
I have been trying to set up this app to be able to watch at least 5 of the 8 cameras at the same time. If I want to watch the 5th camera, I have to switch from one camera to the other. This is so inconvenient for people that have more than 4 cameras. I purchase 8 Samsung cameras for another house and I am able to watch all of them at the same time. The creator of this app have to fix this issue because it is annoying to be switching cameras all the time.Show lessGirl gamer reviews
Improves with updates
At first, this app was irritating and would randomly close itself, but with every update that’s put out, it works better and better. I only use this for home security so I don’t need anything crazy fancy or top of the line. This app works very well for those who know how to have patience at times.ca-8xx
Recently worse than ever
Been using this app for a while and had no real issues apart from occasional lag, however recently the app opens and then as I try to check camera it closes and this happens again and again, I now don’t get notifications through to my phone anymore even though It’s been set up and cameras reset and still nothing, contact customer service and they may aswell not exist.Show lessRy5141
App was good but update stopped push notifications
App worked fine, but since the latest update I have stopped receiving motion activated push notifications alerts which was very important to me.AngryChen69
