Bad app
I bought Anran Camara system I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier for me to get alerts on movement, I did the first day almost every minute when it detected movement when the leaves on the tree would move really annoying then I switch the movement to low. Now is the second day ,I don’t know what happen it doesn’t notify me and it stopped recording even though I’ve got the i cloud storage. This app is not that great.Show lessMedr@
Won’t record, even though I pay the monthly premium
It only allows me to watch live video. It will not record, which makes it basically worthless, and I pay for the monthly service. I reached out to them to have this fixed (it used to work fine) and they acted like they were looking into it for about 2 days & now I can’t reach anyone! This has been going on for over 7 months now!Show lessNatandry

Do not use this app. Buy a different product. While SafeVant does manufacture nice cameras - heed this warning. The Danale app is awful. The notifications push for about a day. There is no way to troubleshoot the app. If you are silly enough to pay for a cloud susbscription - beware that it will only record one channel. Make sure you set up the most important camera as “number one” because that is the only one that will record. I was spoiled by zmodo, who marks the activity on the playback. Be prepared to sit through and guess on this app’s playback. I could continue...just say no. We are going back to zmodo.Show lessrrrruuuunnnnn
Multiple login
Need to make it so people can be logged in on more than one device. Theirs no reason my wife and shouldn’t both be able to be logged in with out one of us being kicked off. Or stay logged in on both my iPhone and iPadNebjoe88
Nextrend 180 panoramic camera
I’m using the Nextrend 180 degrees panoramic camera(fisheye). The only compatible apps for iPhone or laptop is version 4+. It gives good results. Also based on reviews, they have issues on blue led light in front of the camera. You can disable it by accessing the device config then disable the blue led light.Show lessVoltaire M Mercado Jr
Gets the job done.
This app actually surprised me. It actually gets the job done and is simi simple to use. Now is it Apple like and flawless, not at all. However it hasn’t failed on me and I have multiple cameras running at the same time. 4.5 stars for me for sure.KLEANTRIX
Useless
This app is useless! I can’t use this camera for what I want because it hardly works! I have to keep reloading and logging in and out. Sometimes it will load,but most recently it’s been saying poor connection and then it says camera off line when it isn’t and I can’t use it. This is in my daughters bedroom for when she is asleep so I can’t keep going in and turning it off and back on again.

SYSTEM ISSUE FIXES AND TROUBLESHOOTING
I just purchased a zoohi 1tb 4 camera system. Reading a lot of reviews with the same issues i ran into. The box HAS to be hard wired to your WiFi modem in order to view the cameras on your phone. The amount of transmitting the unit can output is enough for the 4 cameras but can not reliably transmit to another source, it can only transmit the video to the actual HDMI through the box if you do not hardwire it with an Ethernet cord directly to your modem. This is not mentioned in any of the instructions and i believe they are trying to avoid saying so to avoid false advertising. If you connect the box to your router/modem, the modem is the responsible unit for transmitting directly to your phone, so long as you have access to your WiFi network on your phone via an established connection. Notifications don’t take you to the event
So so so inconvenient and irritating that motion detected notifications/messages when selected does not take you to the recorded event. For some reason it takes you to the cloud version of it which is not supported. I have the hard drive version so I have to manually to go device section of the recording and then manually find the time the event occurred. Instead of one or two step process to view a motion notification/event, it’s an annoying 10+ step process just trying to find it. There are no bookmarks in the timeline indicating motion detections. One main use case completely not available. Please fix... it’s not hard to create a deeplink. The features are not easily accessible. Everything takes an extra 3-5 steps to do.. why is that? Design/product requirements issues? Please make it more convenient and easier to use.Show lessWowday1
