Does not allow landscape mode on I phone 6. Whatever they did squishes the video. App crashes constantly now. Developer: please make previous version available on App Store until the new version has been fixed for iPhone. Thanks!!!

Used this for a couple of months now.
It is simple to use, I have checked my cameras using 3G and it still works.
The most surprising ‘feature’ was a support message answered same day AND the bug fixed next day.
I’m sure we all wish our other support crews were so efficient.KevOxo
In bad need of bug fixing
There are three issues that I have with this app now. Can’t view any of the videos on fullscreen, this came with the latest update. The other problems that are still not addressed include: security footage is displayed correctly on screen but saved videos are squished (i.e. the aspect ratio is all wonky). Then the time stamp on recorded videos is locked to GMT +8 for whatever reason and that’s really annoying. I lodged a support ticket days ago and haven’t had a reply so their support is rubbish.Show lessf1zan
Problems with iPhone 11
I have nothing to say about the app, I’ve got for at least an year now and it’s working perfectly!!! BUT I just got an iPhone 11 and since then the app doesn’t work properly when it’s on the landscape mode. Will you issue any update to fix the problem any soon ?Zizy87

Would normally rate app at 3 Star but latest version has issues full screen view is not displaying image in fullscreen and multi cam view is not displaying all the cameras. Also dark mode is not fully supported in the app which causes the text in settings to be unreadable.
Would get higher rating if improvements made to App like arm/disarm feature for motion detect on all cameras, Video play back improvement showing in timeline where motion was detected.Show lesstmarcus
Landscape mode broken
App worked well , until today , with the release of version 5.9.10, now when you rotate your ios iphone to landscape view the picture will not show fullscreen , please rollback to 5.9.9 or fix the Picture display, why release an update and not test such a basic function ?mtbozz

A lot better since updates. Please add the ability to turn off/on manually the red/UV night vision lights. this causes reflections from glass surfaces. Also if the camera is used to monitor babies or pets it’s not good for the eyes. thanks!app review 726726
Wouldn’t bother!
So bought cctv that uses this app, found the app to be okay for live viewing except for motion detection. £50 a year (cheapest option) to subscribe to have your camera detect motion! As you’ve guessed the cameras have been removed and new ones purchased that you can actually use an app that doesn’t charge you. If your cameras use this app then get ones that don’t! I don’t understand the reviews. We’ve had Danale for 6months now. We decided to wait a while before posting anything. For the past 6months it has been great! No issues. Motion Sensing needs improvement
**Amending my previous review to 1-star.
The app works fine if all you want to do is watch the live feed, which you can do for free. I, however, subscribed for 7-day playback. This morning, I noticed that some stacked boxes had fallen and I tracked down the event to a recorded 1:50 clip. But I cannot play or download the clip! It will only play 1-second of the clip before exiting. The entire clip is there - I can skip to any point in the clip - but I can only play 1-second from there before the player closes. This is useless! I know Danale was is relatively cheap and they say you get what you pay for, but I am not even getting what I paid for.

Motion sensor alert triggers twice a day - once in the morning and once in the evening - for no apparent reason at the least sensitive setting. Suspect it is due to the sun rising/setting - but this change is gradual, so it shouldn't be setting off the motion sensor.Show lessUodu
