Also included is the option to add goal setting to motivate older children to strive for 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 2 hours of screen time or less, 1 hour of physical activity or more, and 0 sugary beverages. The resulting personalized action strategies can be printed or emailed directly to the parent. As a parent, this app allows you to get information on topics that are of most importance to you and the generated action strategies are based on feedback from parents just like you! Other features include: content for parents and providers in English and Spanish, tips for parents with a focus on early feeding and nutrition, infographics and other multimedia assets, push notifications, and the ability for providers to customize their profile and email tips and infographics directly to parents.
