Okay, do not give many reviews, but occasionally an app come along that dos a very good job. I rather pay a little more and get the quality and depth, and I think that is what you have here. I would strongly recommend hitting the other developer app link at the bottom. I ended up purchasing about five of them. All the same quality. They have a wide variety of demonstration exercise videos to select from. I liked the Healfie app and what I have found is the best motivator.Show less1234Review

This is a fine app that explores the various exercises one can do using the BOSU. although I have used the BOSU with the trainer in the gym, I was unaware of the various exercises I can do on my own. The app provides a multitude of exercises that demonstrates proper use of the BOSU and does so quite well. The app is sort of pricey, but given the photos and videos, it appears to be worth the price. Congratulations on a job well done!Show lessDarwin64
