Application Malfunction

Can’t sign on and can not find my facility. Very disappointed.

Not very user friendly

I keep being told the check-in to the class. I see where to “book” a class but can’t find where to check in. The app tells me I have not attended any classes when I have even when I booked. Also giving a 5 min leeway after class starts/ends to book or check in would be nice as well.

They clutter your email

I go to jazzercise to relieve stress and get a workout. I do not need yet another stressor. The app send email notifications about classes you sign up for, when you check in for class and if you sign up ahead of time and missed a class. The one thing that I am looking for my workout is a good workout that will help relive stress. I refuse to register for classes ahead of time and I do not like getting the email notifications. If my jazzercise membership is subject to having the app then I may consider a different workout. Mind you I’ve been a member for over twelve years.

STOP WITH ALL THE EMAILS!!!

I work as a franchisee for Jazzercise. We just migrated our whole system to Glofox and it’s been so messy and an awful. The emails are annoying and I’m pretty darn close to sending them to spam. Jazzercise’s response is that it boosts engagement but that’s not what I’m hearing from customers. I try to make changes to my membership (opting out of marketing emails) as a Jazzercise customer and I’m unable to because my phone number is more than 8 digits (who doesn’t use their area code in their phone number in 2024???) I’ve sent emails to Glofox customer feedback with zero response. This whole system is frustrating and disappointing and is not helpful to our business. For as much money as it costs it really feels like this was money thrown away to a heaping, flaming pile. EDITED: after emailing Glofox a THIRD time, I received a reply that they won’t be helping me at all since I’m a lowly franchisee and not a studio owner! Wow! Before you waste your money on this system, you better do your research on Glofox and Jazzercise needs to advocate for owners and franchisees better than what they are doing now. I don’t see myself changing my one star rating with the awful responses these companies are having towards customers.

No option to turn off emails / make recurring reservations

I am a devoted Jazzercise fan, but I'm not a fan of this app.

I urge the development team to implement features that allow customers to disable email notifications and easily schedule recurring reservations.

I have been loyal to Jazzercise for over 30 years. Prior to using this app, I attended over 400 classes in Texas in 2023 alone. However, with this new app, I’m required to book each class individually due to the lack of recurring reservation options.

The current system inundates me with confirmation and reminder emails for every class, and there is no way to opt out of receiving them.

Were I to maintain my current class frequency, I’d need to delete around 800 unwanted emails this year.

This app needs to provide added value for long-standing customers like me. Though the convenience of updating credit card information within the app is appreciated, it doesn't outweigh the inconvenience of excessive sign-ups, emails, and screen time.

One of the aspects I love about Jazzercise is its inherently rewarding workout that doesn't necessitate reminders or motivation for attendance. Since I was 16, I've been attending classes without sign-ups or reminders, and I cherished the personal touch of being checked into class by a friendly manager who greeted me by name with a smile and eye contact.

The current app adds to my workload and screen time while detracting from the in-person connection that sets Jazzercise apart from other fitness options.

I implore the development team to create a user-friendly app that brings value to long-standing customers like myself.

No locations even in Carlsbad?

Cannot find any locations after typing in zip codes and cities where known Jazzercise locations exist.

Ease of function

Log in, find class, book. That's it! Show up, check in, workout. That’s perfection! Love my Jazzercise sweat sesh!

The app is Ok, not great.

We didn’t really need an app like this. It’s actually added another layer of difficulty when checking people in to a class.

There is no version of this app for those members who prefer to use a computer rather than a mobile device.

Doesn’t work on my iPad

I can book classes on my phone just fine. Not sure what’s going on there but it’s a pain since I only take livestream classes which I use my iPad for.
