Great app for runners
Have really enjoyed! I love how its designed for a runner - taking a lot of unknowns out of strength training during training cycles and basebuilding. Its easy to use, clearly explains and gives you lots of options to customize based on time/equipment. 10/10 would recommend for any runner looking to add more strength in! I've gotten stronger, not as prone to injury and improved my pr time with this.Great App!
This is the best fitness app I have ever used. It has everything you need. The ability to modify your calendar, deminstration videos, alternative moves, a timer, an option on workout length, reps and weigh records, a great summary, so many things. I love it!Great app
Easy to use. Nice graphics. Definitely enjoy all the options to customize a workout.
