Stop the 2FA insanity.
How about a warning and instructions on your authentication methods? 2fa just cant send an email, or a text message. Poor programming for a pivotal switch. We’ll see how many weeks it takes to resolve.
You need to download a separate authenticator app
I don’t know why they don’t just send an email with a one time passcode like everyone else. Get it together wiser!

I have had this system for over a year now and have appreciated the upgrades to the app during that time. It allows me to see and somewhat control our energy use. If they could just come up with a way for me to assign equipment to usage profiles…….
